We birded along parts of two trails. Our first stop was along the Black Tupelo Trail including the observation platform. Some of the birds we identified were were mute swan (one on the far side of the lake), osprey, northern cardinal, gray catbird, yellow warbler, barn swallow, red-winged blackbird, red-bellied woodpecker, common yellowthroat, tufted titmouse, and blue jay. The last stop was along the White Oak Trail.
