I went on an outing with the Coastal Camera Club, Wildlife Special Interest Group (Wildlife SIG), to Delaware Seashore State Park. We went to the New Road beach area overlooking Rehoboth Bay. We specifically were there to watch the flocks of white ibises fly to their sleeping quarters after sunset. Once sunset occurred, we saw three large flocks of the ibises flying south before it got too dark to easily see any more of them. The group took many pictures of the ibises flying by. Other birds seen and photographed were laughing gull, great blue heron, great egret, osprey, and black-crowned night heron.
